Training & event FAQs
No. Kaye will set you some pre-course materials to ensure you have some fundamental knowledge. You should however, be confident using a computer.
Do I need to have experience using EQMS to attend?
Customers on the new support model have an annual number of service and training days (platinum, gold, silver or bronze).
Once you have filled in the form, we will get in touch with you to confirm who will be attending, how many people, their roles etc.
We will also let you know if there will be an additional cost or if it can be included in your support package.
In most cases, service days will cover your training.
Do I need to pay?
Regional training sessions require you to bring a laptop, pre-course materials etc. Lunch and light refreshments are included in the day-long events.
